Whether attendees were preparing for future leadership roles, looking to level up their skills, or backing themselves to build something entirely new, the Next Gen Stage was where they found honest conversations, practical advice, and the real-world insight needed to take the next step in their careers.

Attendees experienced dynamic sessions focused on the skills needed to succeed, heard directly from Gen Z talent reshaping the industry, and had the opportunity to put their questions to industry leaders who had once been in their position. Alongside the sessions, the Next Gen Stage provided valuable networking opportunities, equipping attendees with the confidence and connections to thrive.

Who it was for

The stage was designed for ambitious professionals under the age of 30 across any job function in consumer media or business and information services. This included editorial, commercial, marketing, audience development, product, events, audio, video, and content creation, among others. For those looking to build confidence, broaden their skills, and better understand how the industry works — while connecting with peers and leaders who could help shape their path — the Next Gen Stage offered a space to learn, ask questions, and accelerate their careers.

This stage was exclusively for those with Next Gen tickets (further details found here).
