Most recently Natasha came up with the idea for and is an Executive Producer on the drama Mr Bates vs The Post Office, as well as the accompanying documentary Mr Bates vs The Post Office: The Real Story, both for ITV1.

She spent 8 years in the BBC's Science and Business units, cutting her directorial teeth on the Bafta award-winning series of Back to the Floor.

Natasha set up Little Gem ten years ago with Ben Gale. Little Gem made the critically acclaimed documentary series This is Our Family for Sky One, which followed four very different British families over three years. Other recent commissions include the BBC documentaries Paul Merson: Football, Gambling and Me,  and Emily Atack: Asking For It? in which the actress explores her own experience of online sexual harassment.
