Charlotte Parker leads Client Success for Aptitude Software's global portfolio of publishing and media clients. Charlotte has spent the last 12 months developing and rolling out a new client success programme for Aptitude, aimed at combining exceptional service, industry specialism and powerful technology solutions to drive value at every stage of the customer journey. She currently works across all of the company's enterprise clients, including The Irish Times, Channel 4 and NBC Universal's Hayu streaming service, acting as the lead on customer experience and subscriptions.

Charlotte began her career in the publishing sector with a temp role, manning the phones in the Air Business Subscriptions customer call centre during Christmas campaign period. It was there that her fascination with customer experience and it's roll in the wider subscription journey began. Charlotte has since held posts as a subscription's consultant for a Singaporean publishing agency and later in subs marketing for William Reed.
