Brian Morrissey is the founder of The Rebooting, a publication focused on the methods of building sustainable media businesses. Deborah is an award-winning digital and print editor, with over twenty years experience in publishing. She was recently promoted to European Editorial Director of Glamour, now directing a digital-first focus for Spanish and German Glamours, as well as the U.K.

Katie has a wealth of experience innovating in the media industry, having worked for both large-scale corporations and more recently launching a successful startup.

Katie joined Hearst UK in December 2022 from Tortoise Media, a global media outlet that she co-founded in 2018. Prior to that, she was President and Chief Customer Officer of Dow Jones, where she helped build and lead The Wall Street Journal’s successful online membership-based business.

Katie has also held senior roles at The Telegraph Media Group and The Times. As Chief Marketing Officer at The Times, Katie led the architecture of the newspaper’s early move to paid digital subscriptions and was responsible for creating the UK’s first news membership brand, Times+. Katie also oversaw the company’s events programmes, including both The Wall Street Journal CEO Council and The Times CEO Summit.

Katja Eggert is the Head of Strategic Development at Immediate Media, a role she has held since January 2023. Based in London, she joined Immediate in 2020 after completing the Graduate Programme at its parent company, Hubert Burda Media. Katja holds a Master’s in Strategic Marketing from Imperial College Business School and has experience working at Sony Pictures, HelloFresh, Arla, and a media start-up.

In her current role, Katja focuses on developing new business models, exploring emerging opportunities like Generative AI, and contributing to mergers, acquisitions, and company strategy. She also leads collaborative projects across Burda and keeps the team informed on industry trends.

In 2018, Robin, joined emap as Managing Director of the CONE Division, home to emap's construction, engineering and public sector brands.

Chioma Nnadi was named head of editorial content for British Vogue in September 2023. She began her career on the features desk of the Evening Standard Magazine in London before moving to New York to write for Trace, an independent style magazine. She went on to work as the style director at Fader, covering fashion through the lens of music.

In 2010, she joined Vogue as a fashion writer, and in 2014 she took on a digital role, Fashion News Director for Vogue.com, where she worked on the relaunch of the site and oversaw the fashion news team. In September of 2020, Nnadi was appointed Editor of Vogue.com and Global Network Lead where she oversaw the digital team and editorial content for the site. She also serves as the co-host for the Vogue podcast, The Run-Through.

As Head of Diversity and Belonging, Richie’s role sits central to the heart of Hearst UK. He is responsible for leading the company’s five-year D&B strategy, advising on content and consulting on campaigns across its 20 brands. He works with all areas of the business to build a sense of true belonging and foster a culture in which everyone feels heard.

With 20 years of experience across diversity and community focuses, Richie started his career at the 1990 Trust, a racial equality organisation. Jo Hamilton was one of more than 700 Royal Mail sub-postmasters wrongfully prosecuted between 2000 and 2014, in relation to the Horizon scandal. Her conviction was quashed in 2021. Her story was featured in the recent ITV drama, Mr Bates vs The Post Office.

Amanda's experience spans publishing, digital media, membership events, conferences, and exhibitions. She led a management buy-out of Faversham House in 2010 and subsequently bought out her private equity partners a few years layer. Joshi Herrmann founded Mill Media during Covid-19 to give Greater Manchester a different kind of news coverage. Jess Phillips is a Labour Party politician, currently representing Birmingham Yardley in the British Parliament. Brought up in the left-wing belief system, her early ambition was to become a Prime Minister. At the age of fourteen, she received her Labour Party membership card and at sixteen started taking part in election campaign, marching beside her parents in different rallies.

However, she was never a blind follower and gave up her party membership at the age of twenty-four in protest against war in Iraq. Five year later, she rejoined the party, concurrently working with Women's Aid Federation of England, offering support to victims of domestic and sexual violence, child sexual exploitation and human trafficking.

Gideon Spanier has been UK editor-in-chief of Campaign since 2020, after joining as head of media in 2015 to cover media owners, agencies and brands. He previously worked as a business journalist for the London Evening Standard, The Times and The Independent and started his career at CNN in London.

Rachel is Labour’s candidate to be the MP for Cities of London and Westminster, one of Labour’s target seats for the General Election in 2024. Rachel was first elected to represent Londoners in 2014. She became Deputy Mayor in Tower Hamlets in 2018 where she led programmes of housing delivery, climate action and public health initiatives to encourage vaccine take up and reduce isolation during the pandemic.

Paul Doyle has over 20 years of experience in the media industry, specialising in video production and content strategy. She spent 8 years in the BBC's Science and Business units, cutting her directorial teeth on the Bafta award-winning series of Back to the Floor.

Natasha set up Little Gem ten years ago with Ben Gale. Little Gem made the critically acclaimed documentary series This is Our Family for Sky One, which followed four very different British families over three years. Other recent commissions include the BBC documentaries Paul Merson: Football, Gambling and Me, and Emily Atack: Asking For It? in which the actress explores her own experience of online sexual harassment.

Kerin kicked off in magazines in late 1995 working for Felix Dennis on the just-launched The Week, where he ran the business side of the magazine – particularly focussed on subscription growth. Polly Vernon is an award-winning journalist and an author. Over the last 25 years, she’s worked as a columnist, interviewer and features writer on everything from Vogue to The Guardian; she’s interviewed everyone from Donald Trump (in Trump Tower), to Harry Styles (up the Gherkin). Over the last decade, she’s worked exclusively for Grazia magazine and The Times; she’s won multiple awards for her column in Grazia – she is the current holder of BSME’s Columnist of the Year, which she won for a second time in November 2023, and was Highly Commended for her Saturday Times interviews at the 2019 British Press Awards.
