
Lisa Batty is Global Planning director at TikTok working on key Global agencies and accounts to educate at scale on the art of planning on Tiktok . She previously worked as head of comms planning and strategy for Europe and also led the formation of the Brand Strategy team when she first joined the business.
Lisa started her career as a communications planner at Publicis, Initiative Media and OMD spending 12 years working working on diverse clients across multiple sectors such as Unilever, LVMH, Harper Collins, Peugeot, AXA and Bel. This was followed by ten years at Time Inc. working in brand strategy and business marketing. Before joining TikTok in April 2020 Lisa ran her own consultancy, 'Memorable'.
Lisa has a degree in Modern Languages from the University of Manchester and La Sorbonne in Paris.
