Alexandra Tolstoy is a highly adept individual with a passion for travel, with an impressive background in language and literature. After graduating with an MA (Hons) in Russian language and literature, she embarked on a remarkable nine-month journey with three friends, riding 5,000 miles on horse and camel along the Silk Road from Merv in Turkmenistan to Xian in China. This incredible adventure, which involved living in tents in some of the most challenging and remote locations on earth, sparked Alexandra's enduring love for travel.

Over the next decade, Alexandra continued to explore Mongolia, Siberia, Russia, and Central Asia by horse. She presented a BBC2 documentary series on communities that revolve around horses, published a book on her travels, and wrote numerous articles for newspapers and magazines.

Today, Alexandra is a successful interiors stylist, content creator, and mother of three with an online community of over 100,000 followers who share a passion for culture. Her impressive journey and diverse experiences have given her a unique perspective, which she brings to her work as a stylist and content creator.
