Mary is the founder and director of Nua Training, a boutique people development company that works with leading consumer media companies to build their commercial teams capabilities.

A highly experienced facilitator and trainer Mary is passionate about developing the industry’s talent and helping companies build teams that are aligned, engaged, and inspired.

She is an active Member of the Women’s Network Bloom UK where she mentors young talent in the communications industry and campaigns for equality for women.

Prior to founding Nua, Mary had a successful 20-year career in media sales and leadership, which included 14 years at BBC Worldwide.

Clients include Immediate Media, DCT Thomson, Discovery TV, The Student Room, and BBC Studios.
