CBRE

Today I lead the CBRE Workplace & Portfolio Strategy Team in the UK. A passionate team of 170 Portfolio Strategy, Occupancy Management, Workplace Strategy and Change Management professionals. Our work can be a single project or a global programme, developing a new strategy or evolving an existing one, creating a transformative experience or deriving greater intelligence from data. A futurist and regular industry speaker on the return to office and the future of work, I am also an active Mentor, board member of CBRE Women’s Network and Exec Sponsor of our Junior Board.

Prior to that in CBRE Solutions & Product Development, I created transformational solutions for new and existing clients. In addition to leading complex global IFM pursuits, I led a team of subject matter experts, hosted specialist internal and client networks and developed new products and services.

Cisco I was the EMEA Alliance Director delivering FM services to HQ, sales showcase, office, R&D, innovation and data centre portfolio spanning 60 countries, leading a team of 3,000. I designed and delivered Customer Experience, Wellness and Stakeholder Relationship Management programmes, optimising efficiency, effectiveness and experience. Speaker at CoreNet Global conference on the subject of innovation and partnership.

Within the JCI Industrial Market I was the EMEA Alliance Director for the Johnson Controls Account, mobilising and operating facilities services to EMEA manufacturing plants, office and data centres.

At Barclays I was the JCI UK Operations Director, delivering full FM services across the UK Corporate (incl. Global HQ) & Retail (1,600 branches) estates, with a team of 3,000. Recognised by FM World as a ‘Rising Star of Facilities Management 2012’.

After studying Government at the LSE, I started my career at the BBC, including as Customer Service Director with 2,000 team members providing FM services across the UK estate. Featured in Jan 2010 FMX Magazine as one of the top ‘forty under 40’ individuals in the FM industry.
