Jill Ford is a highly seasoned HR professional, having taken her career full circle, returning to the media industry and the magazine publishing world where she first had began her working life.

Throughout her experience in HR leadership roles, Jill has worked in a range of industries including technology, retail, professional services and healthcare. As the current Head of HR/HR Business Partner for Bauer Media Publishing UK, she is helping to transform and evolve the business' culture to ensure Bauer is a great place to do great work for all.

An advocate for workplace learning and squiggly careers, Jill is particularly passionate about systemic coaching and cognitive diversity as people interventions that help navigate the complexities of the future of work.
