Charles joined the family business in 1979 having worked in the grocery and wine trade and became Managing Director in 1994. Charles has overall responsibility for the business, the strategy and over 300 employees globally. As the great, great grandson of William Reed, Charles brings a unique and long-term perspective that is a stand out benefit of an owner managed business.
